Salute to Excellence Award Winners

The winners of the Private Label Manufacturers Association
Salute to Excellence awards have been chosen.

The award in the supermarket category will go to Stop & Shop,
Boston, MA. Drug chain honors will go to Uniprix, St. Leonard,
PQ. The mass merchandiser award will go to Smart & Final,
Commerce, CA and the winner of the wholesaler category will be
Nash Finch, Minneapolis, MN.

The awards ceremony will be Tuesday, November 13, at the Awards
Gala Dinner during the Store Brand Mania convention in Chicago.
