An Electrifying QAA Meeting

Two separate presentations featuring the latest in electronics
technology and quality assurance will spotlight the Quality
Assurance Association Fall 2001 meeting.

The meeting is Wednesday November 13, with store tours Thursday,
November 14. These dates are right after the Store Brand Mania
convention in Chicago.

The Steton Technology Group and Tangent Systems Inc. will both
present lectures on new advances in electronic quality assurance
technology and applications.

Non-electronic topics will include food allergens, cosmetic
testing, vitamin and supplement testing, and the history of the
National Center for Food Safety & Technology. Time at the
beginning of Wednesday is earmarked for any unscheduled hot
topics in the private label industry.

Plant tours on Thursday will include the World Finest Chocolates
plant, as well as the National Center for Food Safety &
Technology.

The Spring 2002 meeting will be in Smyrna, Tennessee, and hosted
by Cumberland Swan, Smyrna, TN.
